In October 2012, an inspiring new magazine was launched into the world.
CAKE & WHISKEY MAGAZINE - The Sweet & Spirited World of Business was created for modern business women in every stage of their professional journey - and is full of thought provoking stories & interviews, and empowering ideas. "When women balance strength and spirit with a passion to share in life’s sweet indulgences, they can achieve great success in working to fulfill her dreams and balance their personal lives." states founder Megan Smith.
I had the incredible honor of being on the cover of the very first issue, which was a released as a 'teaser' until a full issue comes out in 2013. I wore a headpiece designed by New York trained milliner, Fielden Willmott, owner of Ace Card Millinery. It was absolutely breathtaking!

The launch party was held at Table 310 in Lexington KY and was a fun, informal event. Andrew Kung, Allie Filley and myself were in attendance and a good time was had by all!
